Your admission
o For your admission do not forget to bring the necessary papers according to your case Documents necessary for your admission
o Your identification is very important for your safety. Upon your arrival you will receive an identification bracelet. This bracelet is one of the ways to identify you and make sure you receive the right treatment.
 
Bedroom
o Single rooms (1st class) or doubles.
o All rooms have a TV and are air-conditioned.
o The 1st class rooms are spacious, they have a lounge for visitors, a fridge and plenty of storage space.
o For your safety, a call bell is accessible at the bed and in the bathroom.
 
Accompanying persons:
o A person in your entourage can spend the night with you on medical authorization and have meals on site. For this, it is necessary to warn the service staff as soon as possible.
o The accompanying package "bed and breakfast" must be paid at the reception.
o For meals, a request must be made to nurses before 10am. The meal will have to be paid to the accounting department.
 
Meals:
o They are served from:
 - 8h for breakfast
            - 12h for lunch
             - 17h for dinner
o Meals are prepared on our premises by our staff under the supervision of a dietician.
o If necessary, your meals will be adapted according to medical advice.
o For the patient's health it is very important that the patient consume only the drinks, fruits and food of the hospital.
 
Internet access :
o High speed internet access is available at the hospital upon request to your service personnel.
o In case of problems contact the IT department of the hospital.
 
Visits:
o Visitors are welcome from 10am to 12pm and from 4pm to 8pm.
o For safety reasons, visits to the intensive care unit are strictly. regulated, they are authorized from 12H to 13H and from 17H to 18H.
o No more than two visitors per patient.
o Visitors should not use your toilet, there is a shared toilet available in the services.
o Visits are prohibited to children under 12 years old.
o When caring or cleaning visitors are kindly asked to leave the room.
o The information on the door of the room concerning certain precautions before entering must be respected by the visitors.
o Visitors are not allowed to bring food to the hospital.

Valuable objects
o The management declines any responsibility in case of loss or theft of objects.
Tobacco:
o For the health and safety of patients, smoking is prohibited inside the hospital.
 
Your exit
o You are asked to leave your room within 30 minutes after receiving your voucher which will be given to the accounting department after you have paid for your hospitalization expenses.
o The caregiver gives you all the information at the time of your outing to ensure the best continuity of care in your home.
 
Cafeteria
o The cafeteria is open Monday to Saturday from 7h to 19h and Sunday from 7h to 14h
o It has an outdoor terrace with a garden.
o It offers sandwiches, hot and cold drinks, biscuits, chocolates.
